The Project:

Brayton High School Maths Block was built in 2002. It is a 2 storey building of conventional brick and tile construction consisting 6 classrooms, offices and storerooms, upper and lower corridors and 2 sets of stairs.

The works were carried out during normal school hours and were undertaken in 2 concurrent phases. Phase one encompassed 3 upstairs classrooms together with the upstairs corridor and one stairwell whilst phase two encompassed the 3 downstairs classrooms together with the associated corridor and second stairwell.

Specification:

Refurbish existing door sets where Georgian wire glass was missing, supply new furniture and redecorate

Redecoration of walls, woodwork, cupboards and radiators
Replace ceiling tiles
Supply and fit blinds
Replace soft and hard floor coverings
Replace lighting
