When it comes to customers, we know we have some of the best! We pride ourselves on the great relationships and loyalty we have built over the years and are constantly striving to provide a high quality service. Here, Andy Wheat, who is SPS – Refurbishment Manager at our client Schenck Process UK Ltd, gives us an insight into what he looks for in a facilities management company.
We’re an international industrial process/conveying engineering business with UK offices and Service Centre in Doncaster and we’ve worked with Signum Facilities Management for several years now. They are now one of our approved suppliers after initially tendering for work at one of our sites.
Signum has recently provided stud walling for a workshop changing room and an access door which has been essential to our operations. I always find Signum to be very competent and professional and they interpret what we need correctly and deliver on time which is really important to us as a business.
For me, it is absolutely imperative that any facilities management company we work with has safe working practices, the ability to meet customer requirements and to the timeframe we set and Signum ticks the boxes on all those. I enjoy working with Signum Facilities Management and would certainly recommend them to others.
