Steve Egbury – Operations Manager

Steve has been at Signum FM for over 2 years.

As Operations Manager at Signum FM, Steve is responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks as well as communication with staff, clients, contractors, and suppliers.

He ensures the safe and smooth running and efficiency of the work we carry out, to hit our targets and provide expert services for clients.

His role varies on daily basis, from quoting for new business and remedial works to PPM’s and reactive works.

Other parts of his role involve health and safety audits of our engineers, along with monitoring the performance of suppliers and contractors.

No two days are the same for Steve, which is what excites him about working in Facilities Management.
