Doncaster Chamber of Commerce was relocating to larger premises to accommodate their growing operations. With a clear vision in place, they sought to refresh and modernise the new space while incorporating their brand identity. The Chamber had commissioned a professional design and required support to ensure the project was executed smoothly, meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Our Role

We were engaged to support the Chamber in various aspects of the refurbishment, ensuring the project adhered to industry standards and was completed efficiently within the designated timeframe. Our contributions included:

• CDM and Building Regulations Compliance: Ensuring that all works complied with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and relevant building standards.
• Project Management Support: Working closely with the Chamber team to coordinate the refurbishment process, manage contractors, and keep the project on track.
• Works Delivery: Implementing key refurbishment elements, including installation of fixtures, finishes, and any necessary structural modifications.
• Communication: Liaising with the Chamber team throughout the project, providing regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment with expectations.

The project was delivered successfully within the four-week timeframe, providing the Doncaster Chamber of Commerce with a refreshed, modern office space that reflected their brand identity.
